Our range of admixtures, sealants, waterproofing solutions, repair mortars and systems, micro silica, shotcrete, resin/cement capsule, floor hardeners, and cement / epoxy based grouts are used by Construction Companies, ready-mix concrete manufacturers, civil contractors and repair and waterproofing applicators. These products find applications in infrastructure projects, industrial construction, residential and commercial construction.
The Products are sold directly to large customers and through a channel of dealers and distributors across many parts of the country. We cater our chemicals to distributors and dealers by following a unique number series so that they are easy to understand and recall in small pack sizes, while the infrastructure projects are catered by the "BUILDMIX" series of products in bulk pack sizes.
The Company has been associated with India's major infrastructure development projects, like Hydroelectric, Thermal & Nuclear Power, Roads, Housing & Hospital Buildings etc. Buildcon Infra-Chem Technology's products such as Resin & Cement Capsules for rock anchoring systems, accelerators for shot-creting in tunnels and superplasticizers for concrete have been used in various hydroelectric and tunneling projects in the country.

High Range Water Reducing Admixtures (Super plasticizers) - SNF Based
BUILDMIX SNF
High performance super plasticizing admixture. BUILDMIX SNF complies with IS: 9103:1999 and BS:5075 Part 3. BUILDMIX SNF conforms to ASTM-C-494 Type 'G'.
Typical Uses:
To produce pumpable concrete to obtain high strength by substantial reduction in water resulting in low permeability and high early strength.
Dosage:
0.5-1.5 liters/100 kg of total cementitious material.
Air Entraining Agents
BUILDMIX AΕΑ
Air entraining admixture. BUILDMIX AEA complies with BS 5075 Part 2, BS 4887 Part 1, ASTM C260.
Typical Uses:
To produce air entrained concrete for increased durability and resistance to damage by frost and deicing salts. Typical applications include concrete roads and concrete dams, airport runways and taxiways and other extensive areas of concrete exposed to potential frost damage.
Dosage:
0.08 litres/100 kg of total cementitious material.
High Range Water Reducing Admixtures (Hyper Plasticisers) - PCE Based
BUILDMIX PC 200
High performance PCE based admixture for wide range of concrete grades.
Typical Uses:
BUILDMIX PC 200 is a high-performance retarding super plasticizers intended for applications where retardation and long workability retention are required.
Dosage:
0.3 to 2 percent by weight of total cementitious material.
BUILDMIX PC 300
Advanced low viscosity retarding super plasticizer, based on poly carboxylic technology.
Typical Uses:
Intended for applications where retardation and long workability retention are required. For use in: Mass raft foundation, Pumped concrete, Concrete requiring long workability retention, High performance concrete.
Dosage:
0.5 to 3.0 liters/100 kg of total cementitious material.
BUILDMIX PC 400
Advanced low viscosity high performance super plasticizer, based on poly carboxylic technology. Complies with IS:9103-1999(2007) and ASTM C494 Type G.
Typical Uses:
Intended for applications where high-water reduction and long workability retention are required. For use in: Self-compacting concrete, Pumped concrete, Concrete requiring long workability retention.
Dosage:
0.4 to 2 percent by weight of total cementitious material.
BUILDMIX PC 500
High range water reducing admixture based on poly carboxylic technology. Combines the properties of water reduction and workability retention.
Typical Uses:
Used where high-water reduction & long workability retention is required in SCC, pumped concrete, High performance concrete.
Dosage:
0.5-2 liters per 100 kg of cementitious material.
Admixture for Precast Industries
BUILDCAST 50
Concrete admixture for precast concrete elements to obtain high early compressive strength. Complies to IS: 9103:1999 and ASTM C494 Type F.

Chloride free accelerating admixture, complies with IS:9103-99, BS 5075 Part 1 and ASTM C494 Type C.
Typical Uses:
To accelerate the setting and early strength gain of portland cement concrete and mortar. Typical application includes precast concrete sections, concrete placed in cold weather conditions and concrete repairs etc.

Integral Waterproofing Compounds

Integral waterproofing admixture based on crystalline formation to produce water tight concrete.
Typical Uses:
An integral waterproofing admixture to produce water tight concrete. The active chemical in BUILDCON BOND-CWP react with moisture available in concrete to produce non soluble crystal formation throughout the pores... Developed to use in all types of concrete foundation below ground, water reservoir, tunnel concreting, retaining walls and subways, water tank and swimming pools & precast unit.

BUILDMIX LW+
Integral waterproofing liquid admixture for concrete and mortar. Conforms to IS 2645-2003 & IS 9103-1999.
Typical Uses:
Increases the waterproofing properties of concrete and cement sand mortars for critical applications like roof slabs and screeds, basements, external plastering, bathroom floors, water tanks, sumps, drains etc.

Cement Grout Additives
BUILDBEX-100
Plasticised expanding grout admixture. Complies to BS: 8110 Part 1-1985, Section 8.9.4.6.
Typical Uses:
An admixture for cementitious grouts where a reduced water/cement ratio and positive expansions are required. Applications include bed grouting, duct grouting, non-shrink infilling and jointing.

Resin/Cement Capsules
Polyester resin-cement capsule/cartridge for anchor system.
Capsules
BUILD ROCKFIX-R
Based on specially selected thixotropic polyester resin and catalyst components in a single pack cartridge/capsule form. Available in two grades, viz. fast and slow.
Typical Uses:
Inserted into the anchor hole and gets ruptured with the rotation of the bolt. The catalyzed resin spreads around the anchor bolt and grouts the annular space. Chemical reaction results into high strength solid anchor.
